At KJS Engineering solutions we specialise in working closely with our customers to resolve issues, develop ideas and concepts through design. We have a methodical approach where we will go through an initial consultation to evaluate your requirements, from which we will produce initial 3d model drafts which can be used as a talking point to work on finer details and functionality, to production of full pre prototyping drawings for evaluation. Once these have been approved we can then move on to prototyping of the product as there is nothing better than having a working sample in front of you to prove the concept and shown to the colleagues or potential customer and make sure it works with any other equipment in or surrounding it. Once everyone is happy we are able supply full manufacturing facilities from small to large production runs on excellent lead times and have in house powder coating thus keeping everything in house and under our control.
